General Info

Doors will typically open 1 hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket. However, all door times are subject to change. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: • Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5x6.5" or 6.5x4.5", approximately the size of a hand without a strap). • Camera bags • Cinch bags • Briefcases • Computer bags • Backpacks • Coolers (including thermos) • Fanny packs • Luggage of any kind Patrons may bring in the following bags: • Wintrust Arena approved clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" • Bags may be hand carried or have a shoulder strap. • One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc). No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted within the Arena. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. If you have questions about a particular event please call ... Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: • Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length • Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind • Interchangeable lenses of any kind • Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks

Parking Information: Parking is available at any McCormick Place Parking Garage for $23.00. The closest garage to the Wintrust Arena is Parking Lot A, located just south of the arena at 2301 S Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.

Monday-Friday: 11:00AM to 6:00PM; Weekends & Holidays: Closed unless there is an event. Please note: The Box Office will open approximately 3 hours prior to an event on weekends. Tickets can also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com. Hours may vary on Holidays, please call (312) 791-6900 for confirmation.

Will Call Information

Patrons who wish to pick up willcall tickets in advance may do so by bringing their photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s).

Children Seating Details

For all concert events, all guests— including children— are required to have a ticket to enter the arena. For all collegiate sporting events as well as family shows, children that are under 32 inches in height do not need a ticket to enter the arena. The adult will be allowed to have one child sit on his/her lap.
