General Info

Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom is a NON-SMOKING venue. This Includes E-Cigarettes and Vape Pens The Following items are prohibited from entering the venue: -Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 -Weapons of any kind. Including defense sprays. -Outside food or drinks -Illegal substances((I.e. Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia) -Coolers -Oversized backpacks, bags, and luggage. -Laser Pointers -Fireworks -Umbrellas -Bandannas -Face Masks -Aerosol sprays -Camelbacks -Medication will need to be in a marked and properly labeled prescription container. *This list is not exhaustive and changes can be made without notice* Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to ejection. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Parking Details

There are three parking lots located on Lawrence Ave. within a half block of the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom. The parking lots cost $20 to park, unless otherwise noted as metered parking. They will be open two hours before the event. Street parking is very limited in the surrounding neighborhood.

Open Hours Details

The Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom Box Office will only sell tickets on the night of the event if the event has not been sold out in advance. The Box Office will open when doors open and will close 30 minutes after the main act has taken the stage.

Will Call Information

Will Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com are available for pick-up at box office on the night of the show, starting when doors open. Please be sure to bring the order confirmation number when picking up tickets at the box office. Guests must present a photo ID which matches the Will Call name on the order to receive tickets. TICKETS MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF OR LEFT FOR OTHER GUESTS.

Children Seating Details

CHILDREN RULES: Valid photo ID is required for age-restricted shows. Acceptable identification includes: state-issued driver’s license or photo identification card, military ID card or valid passport.
