Parking Details

The Federal Building parking lot is located across the street from the Palace Theatre on the corner of Pearl Street and Wilson Street, just a block away from the venue. The lot opens 2 hours prior to the event, and closes 1 hour after the event ends. Vehicles must be picked up within one hour of the show ending.

Service Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm In the event there is a show on a Saturday or Sunday, the box office will open at noon. *Please note the Box Office does recognize major holidays and may have shorter hours or be closed

Will Call Location: In Theatre Lobby Pick up tickets one hour prior to the show. Customers must present the I.D. matching order.
