NO smoking in the theatre. Patrons may go outside during intermission. No Outside food or beverages are allowed inside the Theatre. Camera Policy: Cell phone use and the taking of photos or video are strictly prohibited in the theatre.

Will Call Information

Pick up tickets one hour prior to the event. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Tickets must be picked up at 213 West 42nd Street Box Office entrance.

Accessible Seating Info

Patrons requiring wheelchair accessible seats can purchase tickets: -Directly at the Lyric Theatre Box Office -By mailing their request to the Box Office -By calling 212-556-4715 or faxing 212-556-4710 The Lyric Theatre has elevators that go to the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels, though not all seats are accessible in these areas. The Balcony level has no elevator access, is not accessible with a wheelchair, and requires going up and down stairs. We highly recommend contacting the Box Office to arrange wheelchair accessible seats so that our staff can make your experience as smooth as possible. Infrared hearing devices are also available.

Children Seating Details

The Lyric Theatre box office will assist in finding appropriate seating for a child. *Lyric Theatre management requests that parents or guardians temporarily step out with a child should they cause a disruption, and Lyric Theatre staff reserves the right to direct patrons to leave the auditorium should such a situation occur. Everyone (including children of all ages) must have a ticket for entry. Recommended for ages 6 and older. Attendance by children 4 and under is strongly discouraged. Once in the auditorium, they and their parent/guardian may be asked to leave the auditorium by Management if they become a disturbance during the performance.
