The Times-Union Center Box Office is only open on the day of the event, starting one hour prior to show time. To purchase tickets in person, you may visit the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office. The Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office hours are: Monday - Friday: 10am- 4pm
