General Info

Webster Bank Arena is a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted outside of the building behind section 113. No re-entry, patrons are not permitted to re-enter the building during an event once they have left. Cameras/video and audio equipment are generally not permitted in the building in order to comply with artist or event restrictions. Certain events may allow limited use. Patrons are encouraged to check with the Box Office for specific event restrictions prior to arriving for the show since we do not have storage capabilities. Shirts and shoes must be worn, no outside food or beverage (incl. water bottles), chains, weapons, laser pointers, aerosol cans, illegal substances, animals, beach balls or other inflatable items, bull horns or noise makers, fireworks, backpacks, signs or confetti.

Open Hours Details

Box Office is located at the front entrance of the facility on the corner of Main St. & South Frontage Rd. MONDAY thru FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM Box Office closes on event days 1 hour into the event. Weekend & Holiday hours can be found at our website at www.websterbankarena.com and click on BOX OFFICE under the EVENT & TICKETS Tab ALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Will Call Information

Pick-up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo I.D. NOTE: The Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name given at the time the order was placed. If a patron wishes to authorize another party to pick up their tickets, the name must be entered in the record by Ticketmaster and the individual must have the confirmation # and a photo I.D.

Accessible Seating Info

All areas of the facility are accessible including the main enterance, box office, concessions, restrooms and all seating areas including luxury boxes. Tickets may be purchased in person or charge-by-phone by calling 203-345-2400.

Children Seating Details

Unless otherwise specified, all children 24 months and older must have a ticket and must occupy his or her own seat. Discounted tickets for children may be available for events. Age restrictions and availability of discounted tickets are determined by the event. Please note that certain shows may have their own policies for children's admission.
