No smoking is allowed in the facility. Designated smoking areas can be found outside the venue. Video and recording equipment, cameras, coolers, backpacks, and outside food & beverages are not allowed into the venue.

Parking Details

General Parking is $15.00 and is conveniently located on-site. VIP parking is also available at a cost of $30.00. ** For FAMILY shows General Parking will be $12.00 and VIP Parking will be $25.00. Parking may or may not be included in the ticket price; please check your tickets or contact the info. line to verify.

Open Hours Details

The VERIZON Theatre box office is no longer open daily for ticket sales. The box office will only be open starting 1 hour prior to show time. The box office may be open additional hours for special events or on sales. Please contact the venue info. line for specific details.

Accessible Seating Info

Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster; please submit the ADA form or call the local charge-by-phone line (972.647.5700). Wheelchair accessible seats are located on row QQ of sections 203, 204, 205, & 206. One companion is allowed per wheelchair seat. Accessible seating is also available in person at the VERIZON Theatre box office.
