** No Refunds - No Exchanges on tickets ** Showroom: No Smoking, No Cameras And No Food allowed in. Alcoholic beverages are served by a Caterer in the Casino. No smoking in the Showroom or Casino hallways; it IS allowed in Casino Blu area only.

Parking Details

Ample parking is available in the Casino parking lot and parking garage. No fee for regular parking; there is a shuttle provided for lots further out. Valet parking is available for $6.00 at hotel entrance.

Accessible Seating Info

Available at both the Showroom and Event Center. Accessible seating should be purchased through Turning Stone Box office by calling 1-877-361-7469.

Children Seating Details

Children are permitted in both the Event Center and the Showroom except for Comedy Acts (please see below) or other performances noted as 18 and over. The price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult ticket. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor. Comedy Acts in the Showroom and Event Center are for Mature Audiences only- no one under 18 will be admitted. ID may be required.
