San Jose Civic has a convenient passenger loading zone located in front of our main entrance. The ADA-accessible ramp leads up to the main lobby. Designated parking is available on Market Street or at the San Jose McEnry Convention Center Garage. For ADA ticket availability please call our box office (408) 793-4111.

Children Seating Details

Concerts: Children under the age of five are not permitted. Family shows: Children 12 months and older must have their own ticket.
