General Info

Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE is a NO SMOKING facility. There are no designated areas for smoking. Patrons will not be able to leave the venue and re-enter for any reason. ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive one-hour prior to show time for all events or as early as possible. All packages, including briefcases, bags and purses, will be inspected prior to entry. All patrons will continue to go through a screening process upon entry. Guests are strongly discouraged from bringing packages, briefcases, knapsacks and video equipment to the theater. NO recording devices, laser pointers. Non-professional cameras with a zoom no greater than 3 1/2" are permitted. NO outside food or drink. NO alcohol, drugs weapons, cans, or bottles.

Parking Details

Purchasing your parking pass in advance is highly recommended. Accessible parking is available in both parking garages. LOT E (East Garage) – 888 W. Olympic Blvd. (& Figueroa) LOT W (West Garage) – 1005 Chick Hearn Court (& Cherry) Cost: $25 Prices may vary, subject to change depending on event

Open Hours Details

The Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE box office is open three hours prior to the event through intermission on event days only and is closed on non-event days. Tickets are available for purchase at the STAPLES Center box office Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM only. There is no will call pick up at STAPLES Center

Will Call Information

Open three hours prior to event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Will Call drop off is not available for any event.

Accessible Seating Info

Accessible seating/parking is available through Ticketmaster and the Box Office. When ordering tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Children Seating Details

Children 3 years of age or older requires a ticket and must occupy their seat. Children 2 years and under are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent / guardian lap. Certain productions have different age requirements for tickets. Please see specific show for more information.
