General Info

Ticket Validity - We ask all patrons to be in the Theatre 10 minutes prior to the performance. For events in the Center for the Performing Arts, patrons may be seated late at the discretion of the House Manager. For events in Westhoff Theatre, late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Depending on the nature of the show, late seating may only be available at intermission, or not available at all.​This is for safety due to the intimate nature of the space as entering the theatre requires walking on the stage. Parking Details

Free Event Parking is available in the School Street Parking Deck (400 W Beaufort St at School St) for evening and weekend events. There's a sign out front that says Arts Event Parking that states Closed or Open. When the Open sign is lit, simply go in and park in spot numbers 250 and above. No ticket needed. This is good for all public College of Fine Arts events in the Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall and Theatre, Westhoff Theatre, Kemp Hall, Lab Theatre (Freestage) and University Gallery openings. Public Parking is also available in the South University Street Parking Deck (600 S University St, north of Beaufort) at any time for $1.00 per hour. For the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, free public parking is available in the St. John's Lutheran Church parking lot across the street from Ewing Cultural Center.

Open Hours Details

Academic Year: Monday-Friday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm Summer (Illinois Shakespeare Festival): Monday-Friday 12:00 - 4:00 pm The Box Office will also open one hour prior to performances. The Box Office will not be open during University Closures.

Will Call Information

Guests may pick up tickets at will call during our regular business hours or they may wait until the evening/weekend of the event (Box Office opens 60 minutes prior to performance).
