General Info

Cameras are allowed into the fair, but not into the Grandstand. Recording devices are not permitted into the Grandstand. General Track and VIP Track areas are Standing Room Only / General Admission areas. Open Hours Details

Prior to fair, purchases can be made through IL State Fair office Monday through Friday only. During Fair, box office will be open daily from 8am-9pm. Please call 217-782-1979 to inquire for any Saturday hours prior to the fair. (Public on sale dates on Saturdays is not a verification that the IL State Fair box office will be open. Purchases may only be available through Ticketmaster phones and/or www.ticketmaster.com if box office is not open.)

Will Call Information

Customers can pick up tickets during the Fair at the Box Office windows. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the purchase and a photo ID - Pick up name listed must match the photo ID. Pickup prior to Fair, please reach out to box office (217) 782-1979 for hours and location of pickup.

Accessible Seating Info

Accessible tickets are available through both Ticketmaster and IL State Fair box office. Only one companion seat per accessible seat may be purchased. Please call box office 217-782-1979 for any questions. Request for sign language interpreters must be submitted to Box Office by July 15th.

Children Seating Details

Everyone 3 and older must have a ticket for Grandstand events. If child under 3 will be attending, child must sit on adult lap in Reserved Seating areas (if separate seat is required for child, ticket must be purchased). Children attending in General Track / VIP Track (Standing Room Only) areas, requires a Waiver (available thru box office) to be signed by parent/adult.
