ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando prohibits the following items from being brought through the gates of the stadium - no outside food, drink; carts, tents, large backpacks; coolers, umbrellas, air horns, megaphones; hard containers; poles longer than 12", posters larger than 11X17; video cameras, cameras with detachable lenses greater than 6 inches, laptops; pets (except assistive animals); lasers or weapons/fireworks; skates, skateboards, cycles, recreational equipment; unauthorized solicitation, handbills, giveaways, or sampling. Security personnel reserve the right to restrict any item deemed inappropriate for crowd safety. All guests are subject to search. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking IS NOT permitted in the seating areas.

Will Call Information

Will Call may vary on some events. Normally, tickets held for Will Call may be picked up on the day of the show at Camping World Stadium Box Office as early as 90 minutes prior to the event(for some events Will Call will be located at Tinker Field). Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and Ticketmaster order number in order to receive tickets.
