General Info

Smoking, cameras, and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Binoculars are permitted. All sales are final--no refunds or exchanges Latecomers will remain in the lobby until they can be seated by ushers during the first convenient pause in the program. The Coat Check is seasonal and located in the Main Floor lobby. Lost and Found - Articles should be reported or left with the Theatre. Manager's Office off Aisle 1 in the main lobby.

Parking Details

The Auditorium Theatre is located at 50 East Congress Parkway (between Michigan and Wabash). Pay lots within a short walking distance surround the Auditorium Theatre. There are several lots along Wabash on either side of Congress. The garage across the street (the "Auditorium Garage") is NOT affiliated with the theatre. We recommend the following parking for our patrons: Grant Park South Garage 325 S. Michigan Avenue Exits to street level onto Michigan Avenue at Jackson and Van Buren Evening rate (after 4pm): $21 Before 4pm: 2-3 hours $19, 3-8 hours $33 Subscriber and Special Needs Parking Loop Auto Parks 524 S. Open Hours Details

Monday through Friday 12(noon) to 6pm Call 312.341.2300 for weekend box office hours Day/Night of event: Box Office closes 1/2 hour after the performance begins.

Will Call Information

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up on the day of the performance anytime during the regular Box Office hours. The customer must present a valid form of identification and the credit card used to place the order. The customer must have the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number. Premium and Auction tickets can be picked up one hour prior to the performance.

Accessible Seating Info

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University is accessible to all patrons and fully complies with ADA requirements. Various levels of accommodation are available to patrons that require assisted listening devices, signed performances, or handicapped accessible seating. Additionally, our Patron Services office located in the main lobby of the theatre is open throughout performances to assist patrons with any needs they may have.

Children Seating Details

Everyone needs a ticket. Children under 5 not admitted, everyone requires a ticket. Any person who disturbs the performance or other patrons will be asked to leave the theatre with no refund issued.
